We officially cut this ribbon this week and celebrated the hundreds of people who made this possible. When you walk in, you witness the mural of every individual, business, and foundation that got us here. Fundraising is still not over, but we are celebrating this week, as we see kids and families utilize a space designed for them and built by YOU! Thank you to every single person who made this dream a reality. We are forever grateful.

You’re invited to the Ribbon Cutting Ceremony for The Cube – The CORE’s Community Center on Monday, March 30th at 3:30 PM.

Come experience this incredible new space designed for connection, recreation, and growth. The center features basketball courts, gymnastics areas, gathering spaces, and so much more. Also, be sure to check out the breathtaking mural honoring the many supporters who made this dream a reality.

After years of dreaming, planning, and building together, we are proud to officially announce the name of our community center. We've sprinkled it in here and there, but felt that it needed an official introduction or unveiling. We finally decided on:

The CUBE – CORE Community Center

More than just a name, The Cube represents strength, structure, and connection. It will be a place where every side supports the other, and where our community comes together as one.

Rooted in the vision of The CORE, this center will be a hub for opportunity, growth, and belonging. It was built for the youngest child stepping onto the court, to families gathering in shared spaces, to individuals finding purpose and connection.

This name honors where we started, while boldly stepping into what’s ahead. Because of you, this vision now has a name. Join us this Monday, March 30th at 3:30 for the official ribbon cutting as we witness The CUBE become a vital asset to our region.

We may have been a little quiet on Facebook since Giving Tuesday, but behind the scenes it has been anything but quiet. 🤍 Sometimes silence speaks louder than daily updates—because real work has been happening.

So much has taken place—construction is officially underway, the building is up, and the finishing touches (the fun part!) are already in the planning phase. 🏗️✨ When you drive down W. Cherry Street and see the structure taking shape, please know this: every piece of steel, every brick, every bit of mortar represents you. Our community has built this facility from the ground up. We truly mean it when we say, built for you, by you.

Giving Tuesday is just one of our many fundraising efforts, and this year we are incredibly grateful to share that $115,284.90 was raised for our new community center. 🎉💙

If you don’t already know this, the generosity behind that number comes from the people you sit next to at church, work out with, pass on the street, local business owners, and everyday individuals who quietly give from the heart. As a fundraiser, I would love nothing more than to shout every donor’s name from the rooftops—but so many have chosen to remain anonymous. That alone speaks volumes about the purity and generosity of their hearts. 🤝

We may be a small town, but the community that calls Scottsville home has HUGE hearts ❤️—and witnessing that generosity is incredibly humbling. There is more to come. 👀

Project 330 has officially received a $50,000 Giving Tuesday Match, and this generous donor wants YOU—our community—to help unlock every dollar. That means every gift you give has TWICE the impact!
