I am wrapping up the last of the postmarked deadline checks.
I am in the process of double, triple checking everything and will start this coming week with making calls to my stall waiting list for this year. I appreciate everyone's patience!! Mind you there will not be a long waiting period from me to here back on people on this list, if I don't get a response, I will move on to the next person. Im calling in order received. There are 90+ people on this list. Anyone that gets a stall from waiting list will bring cash to the show, we will meet and settle up, and you will be taken to your stall. There are 2 barns that are concrete floors, you will be provided 2 bags of shavings per stall, and if you choose to bring rubber mats, carpet, rugs, etc. just know that it will be your responsibility to remove such items and properly disposing of these items, per Ag Center Rules. These barns are The AG VENTURE BARN and THE RABBIT/POULTRY BARN, and are panel stalls not box stalls.
ALSO: All campers are asked to bring additional water hose and water splitters, most sites have to share water.
There will be bags of shavings available for purchase at 6.00 a bag at the show, you will go through me and my assistant to purchase. Also unless you are a worker please do not come in Wednesday until 3pm, there is an additional 20.00 camping fee to camp that night, so if you didn't pay in advance, it will be due upon arrival. I appreciate you all very much, and look forward to seeing everyone. Lets make this a great year, have fun and enjoy. Good luck to all participants!! Im excited to mention we have alot of new people this year and I'm looking forward to meeting you all and will help you to the best of my ability!! Also PLEASE, call me if you need me once you are on the grounds, checking text, emails, messenger is not something I will have time to do. Rain got us over night ‘NO SHOW’ July 25th more rain today as well

State Show sign ups tomorrow 7/26 at the saddle club 2:00pm

🤠please bring your readable negative coggins

🤠Each Class cost is $7.00 weekend armbands will be available $10.00

🤠If you’re taking a golf cart, cricket etc. have all your info for that No RZR

🤠Make sure all camp site money is mailed in by Aug 1st. If you had stalls before you can mail that money in as well. ( But
If you don’t already have stalls just get your name in for them)

Your horse must have a current Coggins that is valid through Labor Day weekend.

Each Coggins must:

🤠Include the test results and veterinarian's signature

🤠Have the rider's name and horse's barn name written at the top.

🤠Be a clear, legible copy

🤠Color copies are NOT required.

September 3–7, 2026

Eligibility

🤠Riders must have competed in at least 3 shows to be eligible for the TSCA State Show.

🤠The Top 5 riders in each class receive the first opportunity to represent our club at the State Show.

🤠Leadline:All riders are eligible to participate.

🤠Show Rules🤠

Non-Gaited Classes

🤠Follow all AQHA rules and regulations including:

🤠Rider attire

🤠Tack

🤠Horse condition

🤠Horses that are too thin, lame, or sick etc. may be dismissed from the show.

🤠Gaited Classes🤠

🤠Follow all WHOA rules and regulations, including:

🤠Rider attire

🤠Tack

🤠Horse condition

🤠All gaited horses must be inspected by the DQP (vet)before entering the arena.

🤠Pony Rule🤠

🤠Ponies must measure under 52 inches.

🤠An official measuring schedule will be posted.

🤠Ponies measuring over 52 inches (with or without shoes)will be disqualified.

🤠The club will be fined $250 and additional members could risk disqualification.

🤠Helmet Requirements🤠

🤠12 & Under Speed Events:Approved riding helmet required.

🤠17 & Under Gaited Classes:Approved riding helmet required.

🤠Motorized Vehicles

Drivers of:

🤠Cars

🤠Golf carts

🤠Side-by-sides

🤠ATVs, etc.

🤠NO RZRs

🤠Must be at least 16 years old and possess a valid driver's license.🤠

There are no exceptions.If a minor is caught driving, your family may be asked to leave the State Show.

Please drive responsibly and respect the fairgrounds.

Camping & Animals

🤠If keeping horses at your campsite, you must provide shade.

🤠All dogs must remain on a leash in accordance with Tennessee law.

🤠Dogs are **NOT permitted** in:

🤠Arenas

🤠Bleachers

🤠Seating areas

🤠Stall barns

🤠Buildings

Conduct/self control

🤠Anyone caught vandalizing property or assaulting another person will:

🤠Be held responsible to the fullest extent of the law.

🤠Be banned from TSCA and the James E. Ward Center.

We don’t know about the show for Saturday yet, we got a lot of rain, just keep a check on the page for updates!! Yes Saturday night is the last point show before state. 🤠Please read this post and make sure your stall and camp site money is sent in on time!!!
