Most movements start with a personal experience.
CHECK IN BRO started with a simple realization:
I was just a guy who needed a CHECK IN.
Like a lot of men, I’ve had seasons where everything felt heavy. Times when I didn’t know what to say, didn’t want to talk, or convinced myself I’d figure it out on my own.
Then someone reached out.
A text.
A call.
A simple “Hey bro, you good?”
It wasn’t therapy.
It wasn’t some life-changing speech.
It was connection.
That moment stuck with me.
Over time, I realized something:
Most guys aren’t ignoring mental health.
Most guys just don’t know how to start the conversation.
That’s why I created CHECK IN BRO.
Not as a program.
Not as a hotline.
Not as a subscription.
A simple reminder to be the one who reaches out.
If this movement inspires one text that otherwise wouldn’t have been sent, then it’s doing exactly what it was built to do.
One text.
One call.
One CHECK IN.
Normalize the CHECK IN.
