And that’s a wrap on Year 1 of Scottsdale Basketball Academy 🏀

I can’t thank everyone enough who has come through the program, from all the players, to the parents, and all the friends who helped promote and support it. We’ve had over 100 kids come through our night and after-school trainings, and I’m incredibly grateful.

First, I want to thank Coach Lawrence without him, there’s no way I could’ve had so many kids come through the program.

Second, thank you to all the parents and friends of mine that referred friends, classmates, neighbors, and the kids for showing up, working hard, and letting me get on them a little bit.

Lastly, I need to thank and because without them, none of this would have happened. Back in January, Nick asked me to run a practice once a week for his 7-year-old team. After a few practices and some amazing feedback from parents, Nick and Nikki said, “I think you have something here.” And if you know them, when they tell you that, you HAVE to listen.

They helped me tremendously in getting this off the ground. Nikki literally built my entire website, and Nick helped me get everything in order and understand how to start a business. I truly can’t thank them enough.

I can’t wait for what 2026 has in store. Our upcoming schedule will be out in the next few days.

And that’s a wrap on Year 1 of Scottsdale Basketball Academy 🏀
