While we don’t wish it upon anyone, the fact is that brain injuries do happen and will continue to happen. Brain injuries are unexpected and occur without warning, and thus most aren’t adequately equipped with resources and a support group to understand the circumstances, healing, and grit it takes to walk down that path. Our goal is to help other survivors and their caregivers feel encouraged and less alone. When you support us, you are supporting others and together we become a light in an otherwise very dark place.
