The next area of need for our fundraiser is sporting goods!

Bulembu Ministries Swaziland is the home to over 400 orphaned and vulnerable children, from newborns to young adults, with approximately 170 of those children under the age of 12! Would you join our effort in providing age-appropriate toys for each grade level? We only have a few weeks left of this fundraiser, and it's not too late to participate!

Out of the 400 children in full-time care at Bulembu Ministries Swaziland, about three-quarters of them are in school. This week, we would like to highlight DIG Ministries as our featured affiliate organization!

Direction, Instruction, and Guidance Ministry was created to help both the youth of the nation, as well as those that struggle with drug and alcohol addiction. Founded by Jim Morrissey, D.I.G. is on a mission to help others find the freedom and redemption that he found in Jesus.

This ministry strives to encourage the youth of this nation to begin seeking God's direction, instruction, and guidance of God on a consistent basis when making major choices and decisions. Additionally, D.I.G. Ministries seeks to help individuals who find themselves battling addiction, as they strive to remain sober.

Our Form 3, Form 5 and Grade 7 students were able to return to school today! Throughout a third wave of covid infections that has swept through the country, schools have been closed. However, as infection numbers are coming down and more vaccines are being rolled out across the country, we're thankful that schools are slowly being reopened again. Please pray for our children and teachers as they resume in-class learning and find their rhythm again.
