❣️ Reading fiction instead of self-help for once

❣️ Taking long walks with no destination

❣️ Gardening / taking care of plants

❣️ Cooking something slowly instead of ordering it

❣️ Doing puzzles while your phone is in another room

❣️ Journaling without trying to “manifest” anything

❣️ Making something with your hands — pottery, painting, crochet, whatever

❣️ Sitting outside with your coffee and doing literally nothing

❣️ Having a hobby you’re completely mediocre at & enjoying it anyway 😂

It’s really easy to post the pretty setups, exciting bookings, new team members & moments where everything feels like it’s growing exactly how we imagined.

What you don’t always see is us behind the scenes trying to figure out WTF we’re doing half the time 😂

Growing a business comes with a constant mix of this is so exciting!!! and wait… how are we actually going to do this?

We’re learning, adjusting, saying no to things that don’t feel right, saying YES to things that scare us a little, and figuring it out as we go.

And despite the growing pains, we wouldn’t trade it 💗

Here’s to building something we love without pretending we have it all figured out.

The newest cutie member of the Luna Lotus Wellness team!

Cailey is a Scottsdale yoga teacher specializing in Vinyasa Flow + Yin Yoga. She completed her Yoga Teacher Training at Modern Yoga in the fall of 2025 🧘🏻‍♀️✨

She also lovesss all things Ayurveda & holistic living and brings that passion into the way she approaches teaching and life in general.

We are so excited to have her sharing her energy with our LLW community 🥹🌙🪷
