Personally relationships Jason and I have really made a focus point in 2024

The value of building a relationship with a client in person carries weight vs just a zoom call.

I use to work with a man named Davide Wade

His famous quote that stuck with is

"Its alot harder for someone to fire someone theyve shaken hands with"

The statement has held strong as time has moved along in this AI automated Era.

Consumers want a connection

Our clients in the blue collar industry were built on it.

Client and agency expectations are often misaligned, and that’s why the relationship crashes and burns within 3-6 months.

Agencies promise the world but fail to nurture the relationship once they get paid—they’re too focused on the sale. On the other hand, clients fall for the '30-day guarantee' trap, expecting miracles.

When those promises don’t deliver, clients lose trust—not just in the agency but in advertising as a whole.

The truth? The relationship must grow. If you’re not hearing from each other, the relationship is on a fast track to implosion.

Advertising works—it’s like chess. You can’t just play your Queen without developing the rest of your pieces. Strategy and patience win the game, not shortcuts.
