💜 Spotlight: Loving Home Hospice for Children 💜

Since 2008, Loving Home Hospice for Children has supported families in Los Angeles & Ventura Counties, CA, by offering pediatric palliative care and hospice services to kids under 21.

They’re fundraising now to build a facility for children and their families—so they can stay together during life’s hardest moments.

🏠 Spotlight: Angela's House – Compassionate Care for Medically Fragile Children

Angela’s House is a Long Island NY nonprofit supporting medically fragile, chronically ill, and terminally ill children. Founded 33 years ago by the Policastro family, we provide compassionate, parent-driven support through three core programs:

Home Care – Coordinating equipment, nursing, therapies, medications, and home modifications so children can safely live at home. We currently assist 700+ children, with donations covering needs not funded elsewhere.

Angela’s House Homes – Three community homes in East Moriches, Smithtown, and Stony Brook offering 24/7 nursing care for children who cannot live at home, including ventilator-dependent children.

Everyday Wishes – Donation-funded assistance that provides medical supplies, therapeutic equipment, home modifications, respite, and other essential supports families cannot obtain through insurance or public programs.

Recently, our CEO Jonathan Cottor had the privilege of serving as the Opening Keynote speaker at the Arizona Rare Disease Summit hosted by the National Organization for Rare Disorders (NORD) in Phoenix.

Jonathan shared Ryan’s story, their family’s caregiving journey, and the experiences that inspired the creation of Ryan House and the growing national movement behind Children’s Respite Homes of America.

One of the strongest messages from the day was simple:

No family should have to navigate these journeys alone.
