Jared Allen's Homes For Wounded Warriors

Jared Allen's Homes For Wounded Warriors Jared was moved by the commitment, dedication, and sacrifices that our soldiers make every day to protect our freedom.

Our mission is to raise money to build and remodel handicap accessible homes to suit the individual needs of our injured United States military veterans returning from Iraq and Afghanistan. Jared Allen’s Homes for Wounded Warriors was formed in October of 2009 by Minnesota Vikings defensive end Jared Allen after he returned home from his USO trip to US Military Bases in the Middle East. He wanted

to say thank you to every soldier in the only way that Jared knows how. By embracing the conflict and making a positive life-changing difference in the lives of those who need it most, Jared and his JAH4WW will help make life for wounded vets just a little bit easier.

Something special is taking shape in Rochester, New York.

Every board, every beam, and every step of progress brings us closer to the day PFC Phil Bauer and his family receive a custom, mortgage-free home designed to support their future.

This home is being built with purpose, independence, and community at its foundation—and we're excited to celebrate an important milestone soon.

Stay tuned as we prepare for Phil's upcoming Frame Signing Ceremony and continue the journey toward welcoming him home.

Every signature tells a story.

At each frame signing ceremony, our partners leave messages of encouragement, gratitude, and support on the very walls that will become a Veteran's home. These words serve as a reminder that behind every mortgage-free, accessible home is a community of people committed to making a difference.

Thank you to the companies, organizations, and individuals who stand alongside us in serving those who served us. Your support helps turn houses into homes and hope into reality.

For combat-wounded Veterans, housing isn’t just about shelter — it’s about independence and safety.

Injury-specific design features like wider doorways, roll-in showers, and open floor plans remove daily barriers and support long-term healing.

This is why accessible homes matter.

Behind every home we build is thoughtful design that turns a house into something deeply personal.

We’re proud to partner with Noveau Design House, the team behind the interiors of our veteran homes—creating spaces that are not only beautiful, but intentional, functional, and tailored to each family’s lifestyle.

Because every detail matters when it comes to building a place to truly call home. 🇺🇸

Behind every home we build is a family who has carried the weight long before the walls go up.

As we continue recognizing the Month of the Military Caregiver, we also want to take a moment to acknowledge the strength, sacrifice, and unwavering support of military spouses and family members who stand beside our veterans every step of the way. 🇺🇸

Your impact is immeasurable, and your service does not go unseen.

This is what it takes to build a home.

For Josh Wege and his family, this journey started with a community—partners, national partners, local sponsors, supporters, and loved ones coming together to leave messages of encouragement at his frame signing ceremony.

Now, that same support is turning those words into something real.

Every step of progress you see is made possible by people who believe in this mission.

To our partners, national partners, and local sponsors and supporters—thank you. We truly couldn’t do this without you.

Help us continue building homes for veterans and their families. Donate today at the link in our bio.
