In a town stuffed with fake people with fake identities, I strive to be the fakiest. Alas, too much competition for my timid soul to keep up.

Plaintiffs who file lawsuits but then don't have the guts to show up for the hearing they wanted? There's a few terms for that I believe. Vexatious litigation? Abuse of process?

Plaintiffs who file contrived lawsuits using fake lawyers to issue fake subpoenas? That one is so fakey it's too fun not to chat about. A client who sort of thought but didn't think that her fake lawyer might not be fake but a fake lawyer who knew she was a fake lawyer admitting that she didn't care if she got caught.

Creating a page where you first block a dozen victims then constantly defame them - giggling because they can't respond (if they care). That's children's play. Move up to "Fake Lawsuits". You guys are still bush leaguers until you do. The fake lawyer apparently doesn't charge much for her work. Try her out. She did a pretty bangup good job for her fake-client.
