A Thanksgiving Poem and Prayer to You 🍁🦃🍽🙏🏻🤎

With a myriad of voices and shouts for attention
We pause and we praise for your adulation

It’s the simple way you uniquely give value
We feel so blessed to simply just know you

We want you to know that we’ve made you a prayer
It’s without the help of ChatGPT or the Prince of the air

It’s with the warmth of our heart, we don’t want you to miss
Our sincere little prayer goes something like this;

Father, to you alone be the focus of our attention
Yet for your creation in relation, our retention

Be patient in our misgivings and gracious in our error
Be swift in our love toward our sister and our brother.

On this Thanksgiving of the year, twenty-twenty five
Bless our friends and family that they may so thrive

As we approach the end of yet another year
Bring us even closer together transcending holiday cheer.

“So many of the anti-Israel voices on the right claim to be Bible believers. Some even invoke the name of Jesus- boldly and proudly- after every anti-Israel rant they post.
But let’s be honest… the State of Israel isn’t their real problem. Zionism isn’t what offends them. The real issue is their broken theology.
When you’ve been taught that Gentile Christians have somehow replaced Israel in God’s plan, and that the so-called “bad nature” of the Jews led God to cast them aside, you end up becoming what Paul warned against - a self-righteous, religious person who has forgotten God’s heart.
The apostle Paul, himself a former Orthodox Jew, saw this very danger in the early church. That’s why he wrote to the believers in Rome and said:
“For I do not desire, brethren, that you should be ignorant of this mystery, lest you should be wise in your own opinion, that blindness in part has happened to Israel until the fullness of the Gentiles has come in.
And so all Israel will be saved, as it is written:
‘The Deliverer will come out of Zion,
And He will turn away ungodliness from Jacob;
For this is My covenant with them,
When I take away their sins.’
Concerning the gospel they are enemies for your sake, but concerning the election they are beloved for the sake of the fathers.
For the gifts and the calling of God are irrevocable.”
God’s promises to Israel were never canceled. His covenant stands.
And to deny that truth is to deny the very faithfulness of the God we claim to serve.”

We are simply over-the-moon with gratitude. Thanks to your faithful prayers and steadfast support over the past two years, we can celebrate a truly miraculous moment: all 20 living hostages are safely back in Israel! For more than two long years, we held on to hope, lifted relentless prayers, and trusted God for deliverance. The courage and determination of the Israeli military have brought this miracle to life.
As we rejoice, we’re reminded of God’s promise in Isaiah 61:1 — “to bind up the brokenhearted, to proclaim freedom for the captives and release from darkness for the prisoners.” That verse has carried us through the waiting, and today, we see it in motion.
But even as we celebrate, we know the work isn’t done. Soldiers remain on guard in Gaza, many for months ahead, and the enemy, as Ephesians 6:12 reminds us, is still at work - seeking to sow fear and chaos. The battle is real, and vigilance is needed.
At Blessing Broker, we are committed to pressing forward. We are determined to share the hope of our Messiah with those who are weary, searching, and longing for truth. We draw strength from Habakkuk 3:19 - “The Sovereign Lord is my strength; he makes my feet like the feet of a deer; he enables me to tread on the heights” - stepping boldly into the harvest field with renewed faith and courage.

Our hearts break for the families who have been notified that the bodies of their loved ones will be returning to them soon. Here are the first four names that were released today. Please pray for comfort for their families and for the other families whose loved ones died in captivity. There is much sorrow and pain from the aftermath of this war. Su***de rates are high and much counseling is needed to help the survivors deal with that pain.
Today, we rejoice for the families who are celebrating their loved ones return. But we also pause to thank you - from the bottom of our hearts - for standing with us through every trial, for praying, and for believing. Your partnership is a light shining in Israel and into eternity.

In the shadow of October 7th, 2023—a day that shattered our world and stole too many lights—we've held our dozens of friends close, their hearts scarred by endless terror, haunted memories, and the ache of irreplaceable loss.
Every siren, every headline, every sleepless night has been their silent scream.
Amid the darkness, our generous partners of Blessing Broker have shone as a beacon of hope these past two years, channeling fervent prayers for divine protection and delivering vital aid—from mobile bomb shelters in high-risk communities to blessing boxes sustaining families on the front lines amd much more.
The unwavering support of our partners have been a lifeline of faith and compassion.
And today, whispers of a peace deal between Israel and Hamas flicker like a fragile dawn.
May it hold. May it heal. For them, for us all. 🙏🏼🇮🇱

On this somber 😔 second anniversary of October 7, 2023, we must never forget the unspeakable horrors unleashed by Hamas: the brutal murder of over 1,200 innocent Israelis 🇮🇱 and foreigners, and the systematic r**e, torture, and mutilation of countless victims in a barbaric assault on families, festival-goers, and communities. In the chaos, 251 people - mostly civilians - were kidnapped and dragged into Gaza as human shields.
Heartbreakingly, as of today, 48 remain in captivity, enduring unimaginable suffering while their families wait in agony. Bring them home.

The LORD is close to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit. Psalm34:18 🙏🏼🥲

On October 7th, two years will have passed since we began this journey of faith, obedience, sacrifice and blessing. Over that time, we have traveled nearly 50,000 miles for Blessing Broker’s mission, stepping into dozens of churches and small groups to proclaim what God has placed upon our hearts: the biblical mandate to bless Israel, regardless of our imperfections or theirs.

The message has been simple, yet profound: it is not about politics, popularity, or perfection. It is about obedience. It is about being faithful to our Christian calling to “be the blessing.” Our focus with Blessing Broker® is to share through practical aid, the love of Yeshua in the Holy Land, knowing that, at last count, there is less than .5% who call Yeshua their Messiah.

In the book Israel: His Story, Wendy Howard and Vivian Summey remind us that Israel occupies a unique place in God’s redemptive plan. They write:
“Whether you are a Jew born anew or a Gentile grafted into the True Vine, God’s faithfulness to His people and His promises should give you great encouragement.”

That truth encourages us: God is not finished with Israel. His purposes endure. And our response must be to join Him in blessing, in standing, in interceding.

We also pause today to honor the legacy of Charlie Kirk, who taught us by example that respect, love, and sacrifice must be at the center of our Christian witness. His influence continues to inspire us to walk boldly, speak truthfully, and serve sacrificially.

Over these past two years, we have faced discouragement, weariness, and misunderstanding. But we have also witnessed small miracles of changed hearts, fresh prayer, courageous people stepping forward to bless and intercede. And through it all, the Lord has been faithful.

Today, we call you again - to rise, to rededicate, to strengthen the things that remain. Let our prayers not be passive. Let our voices not be silent. Let our hands not be idle. Let our feet not be sluggish. Let us go out in love and boldness.
