🎓 Graduate Spotlight: Konrad Hoyer

Konrad recently graduated from Oregon State University with a degree in Business Administration. Throughout his academic journey, he developed a passion for business strategy, leadership, and understanding how organizations create value in competitive environments.

While attending school, Konrad gained hands-on experience in business development within the defense and manufacturing industries. He now plans to pursue a career in the defense sector, with aspirations of working in capture management for a prime contractor.
