Yep, that's right, folks... good old flyers (old school social media). This flyer includes a QR code, which people can scan with their smartphone. That and the URL will direct anyone who is not aware of the situation to the evidence we have discovered.

ATTENTION PLEASE READ:

Update on Fred Morgan (Fired Pie) from a detective with Scottsdale PD involving the predator situation... I've been told by the detective, that they don't feel they have enough evidence to make a charge stick so they won’t submit it to the prosecutor. And that speaking s*xually to a minor online does not meet their standards to feel strongly about obtaining a conviction. Detective Wyland (I believe is his name) said he reached out to Fred and family for questioning, but got no response.

I'm quite upset at this, but understand that they need charges to stick and if they can't charge him, they just can't. I disagree with this very strongly.

That being said, if the court of public opinion would like to respond to this matter, the information for this case and the detective's number as well as the number for Scottsdale PD are below.

The detective also would not give me the standards they use to charge on crimes like this because they advise me not to do their job.

I strongly encourage everyone to give them a ring and let them know how you feel about this man. Ask what they plan to do, because the more pressure they get, the better outcome this will have. Don't give up! Don't lose hope. I won't stop doing this. We've ruined this man's life and I will continue to ruin it as much as I can.

If anyone wants to know the legal system’s status on Fred Morgan, the only thing we have is the report/case number given to us by Scottsdale PD.

SPD Report/Case: #21-14248

The phone number for the Downtown District this was filed at is 480-312-2716
Unfortunately we have not heard back from Scottsdale PD, yet. All of the evidence we have was turned over to the police on a flash drive on 7/21/2021. We certainly don’t advise calling the Scottsdale PD to bother them over this, but a few inquiry calls might not hurt. Everything we have on Fred Morgan’s “alleged” actions can be found below. All conversations took place on an app called Grindr.
We also “can’t recommend” reaching out to any possible family members about this. And we will not be posting their info. This man does deserve to be exposed and unfortunately his family has to be a part of that in some ways as they deal with the consequences of his actions as well unfortunately. But let’s be respectful. Cancel him, not his family members.

MAJOR UPDATE: We have discovered “Doug.” Thanks to a tip via Facebook. “Doug” is actually Fred Morgan, (ex now) co-founder of Fired Pie Restaurants. He co-owns 21 restaurants.

Update: “Doug” was discovered to be Fred Morgan who co-owned Fired Pie restaurants. Thanks to a tip via our page.

Initially we lost contact with Doug as our first decoy account was disabled. But Doug was persistent and found us again. Even with an opening line like “I wish you were older,” and knowing the decoy was 15 years old, Doug continued to have s*xually charged conversation the entire time.

He eventually decided that meeting up for lunch would be a great idea. So we set up a meeting point at a local Starbucks within a Fry’s grocery store.

Meet “Doug” Age 53. Married. Works in “banking” and lives near 118th and Shea in North Scottsdale. Doug played it very safe. He was quick to note that having s*x with a minor would be illegal, but proceeded to have a very s*xually charged conversation even after discovering that the decoy was only 15 years old.

Doug has “never been with a guy” and was not able to drive because he essentially couldn’t sneak away from his wife. It’s really disgusting conversation that he had with what he KNEW was a minor during the exchange.

⚠️CAREFUL PREDATOR ALERT!⚠️

Meet “Jesus” (34) - This man was very careful. Beware! He started out this wonderful conversation with a dick pic. Some light s*xual banter, but when hit the fact that the decoy was only 15 and in north Scottsdale, he glossed right over it and said it wasn’t too far for him....

Said things like “we can just hang out a bit” and how he “doesn’t want to pressure,” but completely ready to drive 40 minutes and meet a 15 year old at 2am to pick them up. He said how excited he was as well.

Also asked the careful question of what our decoy was expecting by meeting up. He was so careful that he wouldn’t tell the decoy what he was driving until (likely) the decoy was in sight and he knew everything was legit. But despite his worries as you’ll see in the chat logs, he still came out with some kind of intent. Just because you don’t have s*x with a minor, doesn’t mean you’re not breaking the law, buddy...
