Reminiscing on sweet memories from December at our Alpha Phi Phoenix Alumnae Christmas Cookie Exchange was filled with laughter, love, and the kind of sisterhood that only grows stronger with time. So grateful for these women and the traditions we share🍪💓

A look back at our Founders Day Luncheon on October 25th, where we gathered with women who continue to carry forward the legacy Alpha Phi was built on. Each year reminds us of the vision our founders set in motion and the strength of the sisterhood we’re still nurturing today. Thank you to everyone who joined us and made this year’s celebration truly meaningful.

🌸 Meet Gianna Pierson – Vice President of Sisterhood 🌸
Collegiate Chapter: Gamma Pi – Arizona State University
Awards/Recognition: Leadership Scholarship Program Award, Certificates in Digital Marketing and International Studies

Gianna Pierson graduated from Arizona State University in May 2025 with a B.S. in Communications and a certificate in International Studies. During her time at ASU, she was actively involved in the Tourism Student Association and the ASU Student Alumni Association, where she honed her leadership skills and commitment to community.

Professionally, Gianna works in marketing and social media at the Tempe Chamber of Commerce, where she contributes to promoting local businesses and community engagement.

Outside of work, Gianna enjoys traveling, cooking Italian recipes, photography, and playing golf.

🌸 Meet Brooke Meier – Vice President Events 🌸
Collegiate Chapter: Gamma Pi – Arizona State University
Awards/Recognition: Executive Administrator, Chapter President, Finalist for Sorority President of the Year (ASU)

Brooke Meier graduated from Arizona State University and Barrett, the Honors College in 2023, where she was a dedicated member and Chapter President of the Gamma Pi Chapter of Alpha Phi. Today, she continues her commitment as a chapter advisor to Gamma Pi, supporting the Vice President of Health and Wellness and providing guidance during recruitment.

Professionally, Brooke is in her final year of law school at the Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law at ASU. After graduating in May 2026, she plans to enter the commercial litigation sector, where she looks forward to continuing her work in advocacy, research, and problem-solving.

As Vice President Events for the Phoenix Alpha Phi Alumnae Chapter, Brooke plans and executes engaging programming for the community, oversees membership events in collaboration with the Vice President Membership, and incorporates Alpha Phi International programs to strengthen member engagement.

Originally from Iowa, Brooke is a proud Iowa Hawkeyes fan. She enjoys exploring fitness studios, trying new restaurants, traveling, and supporting philanthropic organizations that empower women and children.

🌸 Meet Katherine Sarbacker – Alumnae Panhellenic Delegate 🌸
Collegiate Chapter: Gamma Beta, UC Santa Barbara
Awards/Recognition: Outstanding Alpha Phi Pledge, Philanthropy Chair

Katherine Sarbacker brings a wealth of leadership and academic expertise to the Phoenix Alpha Phi Alumnae Chapter. She holds an MBA from Carnegie Mellon University’s Tepper School of Business, where she specialized in Marketing, Information Systems, and Strategy.

For more than 13 years, Katherine has served at Great Hearts Academies – Glendale Preparatory Academy. After serving as the Assistant Headmaster and Director of College Counseling for five years, Katherine recently decided to re-focus her attention on college counseling, a field she has been a part of for ten years. In these roles, she provides personalized guidance to students and families through the college admissions process, develops workshops and programming, and fosters a strong academic and community culture. Her career reflects a deep commitment to shaping young minds and building environments rooted in truth, goodness, and beauty.

As Alumnae Panhellenic Delegate for the Phoenix Alpha Phi Alumnae Chapter, Katherine represents Alpha Phi at Alumnae Panhellenic meetings, reports regularly on Panhellenic business, and fosters positive relationships across the Phoenix fraternity/sorority community.

Katherine and her husband, Scott, make their home in Peoria, AZ, and enjoy time with their four children, cheering on the Minnesota Vikings and watching hockey. In her free time, Katherine enjoys tennis, pilates, volunteering, and meeting up with old friends.

🌸 Meet Jen Decker – Vice President Marketing 🌸

Awards/Recognition: Philanthropy Co-Chair, Fraternity Education Chair, Rho Chi (Rush Counselor) – Formal Rush ’97

Jen Decker is a seasoned marketing leader with 15 years of experience in real estate, SaaS, and B2B industries. She currently serves as Manager of eXp Solutions Marketing at eXp Realty, where she leads multi-channel campaigns, oversees the eXp Solutions website, and drives marketing initiatives for 25+ Trusted Providers.

As the VP Marketing for the Phoenix Alpha Phi Alumnae Chapter, Jen oversees the community’s social media presence, manages its communication plan—including newsletters, emails, and direct mail—and maintains the chapter’s website and online platforms.

After 22 years in Omaha, NE, Jen and her family relocated to Gilbert, Arizona, in 2021. She joined the alumnae chapter to connect with women in the East Valley and continue serving Alpha Phi. Jen and her husband, Daryl, have three children and share their home with two French Bulldogs and two Exotic Shorthair cats. They cheer on the Iowa State Cyclones and the Green Bay Packers.
