Today WMPI WE CARE distributed $58,160.10 to schools & various organizations of Scott County to purchase warm winter clothing for the children of Scott County! None of this would be possible without the support of the volunteers & the support of our wonderful community that comes together every year to donate & make purchases from the auction to raise this money! THANK YOU ALL!

The We Care Wrap-up Auction is STILL ON for tonight at 6PM at VFW 6582 between Austin & Scottsburg! Bid on the remaining items, get some good food, & support supplying the children of Scott County with warm winter clothes!

Wrap up auction at the VFW on 31 between Scottsburg and Austin at 6 PM tonight. We will have food and auction off the remaining items.

Items can still be picked up Monday December 8th, and Tuesday December 9th.

Pickup Center hours are 10-6 both days.

Go to the radio station and pay for your items and then go to the pick up center and pick them up.

Thank you to all the Volunteers and the Public for donating and bidding this weekend. As we all know it takes a village to pull this 30 hour auction off and we couldn't do it without all of you!!!!

If you missed the on-air auction you still have an opportunity to bid on items that did not make it on air.

If you would like to volunteer for next year's auction message us here or call 812-752-3688 option 2 and they will put you in contact with organizers.

The We Care total for 2025 was...$54,630.84!

This total will change because we have the wrap up auction this Friday, December 12th, at the VFW starting at 6pm. Any items that were expected to be auctioned, lots 88-100, that didn't make it on air, will be in the wrap up, anything that isn't picked up this week, and anything that comes in as a donation, will all be in the wrap up.
