Santa Cruz Mountains Girls Pack 673 put on their engineering hats in this pack challenge! Build a structure as high as you can in 18 minutes ⏳, using limited spaghetti noodles 🍝 and marshmallows that will hold up a giant marshmallow! All dens rocked it! The award for highest structure went to the Webelos, with the small but mighty Lions right behind them!

The wolf den learned how to conduct a flag ceremony, and also talked about reverence, the 12th point of the scout law. The girls each made their own creation that represents one of their family traditions.

Pack 673 Santa Cruz Mountains Girls spread holiday cheer by creating holiday cards for isolated seniors. Then, they shared cheer amongst themselves by decorating and devouring holiday cookies.

Santa Cruz Mountains Girls met with their dens last week for a variety of fun and learning! Younger cubs learned about staying healthy and the challenges disabled folks encounter, while older cubs learned about tools law enforcement use, structural engineering, and cooking skills. Cub scouts really do it all!

Did you know that Pack 673 Santa Cruz Mountain Girls goes camping twice a year?! The girls and their families have a blast hiking, playing games, going on scavenger hunts, eating yummy camp food, and of course, making S'mores around the campfire! Join us for the fun!

Thank you Native Animal Rescue for giving our wolf den a tour of your facility and teaching them about how you help animals! They went for a hike afterward and had fun looking for wild animals along the trail!

Cub scout pack 673 participated in on Saturday! The girls had fun while helping clean up the beach, and enjoyed some well earned playtime after! The data collected during these beach cleanup events help inform policy aimed at keeping our environment clean! Having fun while helping the Earth = win-win!!! ☺️🌊🌎
