Our Division 8 meeting was a success! Thank you to Dr. Dave Bigley, Lt. Gov and Vice President of Scottdale Kiwanis for organizing this event. Thank you to Janine Surmick for your presentation and for leading our groups to think about the future and encouraging proactive solutions instead of reactive reorganization.

The Scottdale Kiwanis members were proud to present donations to support local children’s programs. Sponsoring programs such as the Libraries STEM mini camp and the Laurelville Swimming classes is what Kiwanis is all about. Scottdale Kiwanis is proud to support the local Scout pack 151. We welcomed Jordan Pavelka and Jamie Zimmerman to our last meeting. Jordan and Jamie shared the clubs goals for the year and talked about all of the wonderful programs that the scouts participate in. Together we hope to provide opportunities for more children in our community.
