Hands That Pour

Hands That Pour Always leave someone better than you found them and
If you want support you have to be the support. Welcome to this space, mama. God bless every one of you.

This is for anyone who’s struggling to find peace and balance in motherhood — for those trying to lift some of the weight off their shoulders through the support of other burnt-out moms. We were meant to gather and fellowship, but somewhere along the way, we lost track of friends, time, and sometimes our own sanity. Whether you have little ones, big ones, or none at home anymore, you are welcome h

ere. This page was created to inspire, connect, and acknowledge the strength we carry. Because no matter how different our journeys are, many of us have walked similar paths. If you’re a mom who has it all together and everything’s perfect — this might not be the place for you, my friend. Check back in a few years; we’ll still be here. 😉

Hate or negativity won’t be tolerated. This is a space for compassion, not comparison. You are not alone. 💕

I want to share something that’s been heavy on my heart ❤️

Recently, during a PTSD episode, I was forced into a situation that led to my mental state being questioned. I sat in a hospital waiting room from 2:30-9pm under watch by security and staff as if I was a flight risk. I stayed calm, stayed seated, and hoped they would see I was okay so I could go home to my kids.

While sitting there overwhelmed and overstimulated, a man sat beside me. He was talking to himself and clearly struggling mentally, but he was kind to me. We started talking, and I learned he had no kids, no home, no family, and nowhere to stay. He told me he was only staying in the hospital until they made him leave because it was cold outside.

I bought him food from the vending machine, and we sat together talking about life, family, kids, and my situation. I tried helping him find somewhere safe to go and encouraged him to check himself into the hospital so he could get help and have a warm place to stay.

He finally agreed.

But when he walked to the desk, security stopped him and threw him out before he could even check in.

I sat there speechless and heartbroken.

That man is still out there, just like so many others who simply need compassion, help, and someone willing to care. My heart breaks for people who can’t help themselves or who have fallen on hard times. It’s not our place to decide who deserves help — just to help where we can.

Please share. Even $1 can help me continue helping people in need.

God Bless ❤️
