IA Grad Story 🙌

We’re so proud of IA Grad Sophie Findley and all the ways she has grown through her internship and residency at Meridian Church of God alongside her coach, Emily Ferrell. From helping lead during a sabbatical season to planning a successful gala fundraiser for IYC, Sophie stepped into every opportunity with courage and a servant heart.

One of her biggest takeaways from IA was gaining confidence in her ability to lead, even in moments where she felt unsure. Watching her growth from youth leader to the leader she is today has been incredible!

Her advice for anyone considering IA? “It might be scary at first… but once you’re in the setting you will completely forget why you were nervous in the first place!” 💛

We can’t wait to see all God continues to do through you, Sophie!
