As another year has passed, here's hoping everyone had a Very Merry Christmas and we are looking forward to a Bright, Happy and Prosperous New Year.
Plans are in the works for new opportunities and events at ROCK Museum. We are creating 2 new organizations as programs sponsored and supported by the KLC Foundation in 2022.
This past year we are proud to say that the Belhaven Arts Council, which has been a successful program of the KLC Foundation since its founding in 2016, has acquired its own 501c3 designation, effective January 1, 2022. A new name has been chosen by the membership as "Arts on the Pungo". New officers of the Arts Council are President - Jeannie Humbles, VP - Elaine Hudnell, Secretary - Rebecca Runge and Treasurer - Mildred Bowman. Please give the Arts Council your support this coming year. The foundation wishes this organization continued success!! If you have been inactive or considering joining in the past and want to become an active member, please let us know!

The Foundation Board of Directors met on Tuesday at the ROCK Museum building in Scotland Neck. Lunch was provided by the FREEZ and was delicious! It was a very productive meeting. Some great ideas were shared by those in attendance and as plans unfold we will share more about good news and events.
