The SGHS PTSA has many to thank for their kindness; so we want to share the kindness of our donors taking care of our kids! Their donations help finance important needs like prom, senior scholarships, senior banquet, appreciation week and more!

Our sixth day of thanks goes to The Scotia Rotary Club. The Scotia Rotary Club is part of Rotary International, a global service organization dedicated to “Service Above Self.” Through volunteerism, fundraising, scholarships, community initiatives, and charitable giving, Scotia Rotary works to improve the lives of others both locally and around the world. Their commitment to supporting education, youth programs, and community service makes a meaningful difference throughout the Scotia-Glenville community.

We are truly grateful for their partnership and generosity.

The sun and heat didn't stop our Rotarians from working hard on Tuesday to beautify Rotary Circle in Collins Park! Knowing that the community will enjoy the fruits of their labor all summer long (and the Jumpin' Jack's Drive-In, Inc. treats at the end) made it all worth it.

This week Scotia Rotary decided to "Go Purple" to help raise awareness about the need for foster parents across New York State, as part of Together for Youth's National Foster Care Awareness Month campaign. We also made a donation to support their good work!
