Today, we want to take a moment to honor and thank our superintendent/principal, Mr. Dyehouse, for his years of dedication, leadership, and love for our school and community.

Your impact on the students, staff, and families of Science Hill Independent cannot be measured. Through the years, you have led with strength, humility, and heart. More importantly, you have shown our students what true character looks like — that being a good man is not about being perfect, but about owning mistakes, learning from them, and continuing to lead with integrity and grace. That lesson alone will stay with many students for years to come.

Thank you for always fighting for our children, believing in our school, and keeping faith and God at the center of so much you do. In a world where those values can sometimes feel forgotten, your willingness to stand firm in them has meant more than words can say.

Retirement is such a bittersweet milestone. While we are sad to see you go, we are so thankful for the legacy you leave behind and the countless lives you have touched along the way.

From all of us at the PTO — thank you for the years, the memories, the leadership, and the love you have poured into this school. We wish you nothing but happiness, peace, and many blessings in this next chapter of life.

🧡 LAST DAY OF SCHOOL 🖤

And just like that, another school year comes to an end. What an incredible 2025–2026 year it has been at Science Hill!

To our students — we hope you have the BEST summer filled with fun, laughter, sunshine, and memories! ☀️🍉 We are so proud of each and every one of you and all you accomplished this year.

To our amazing teachers and staff — thank you for the love, dedication, and hard work you pour into our students every single day. You make Science Hill such a special place.

A very special farewell to our 8th graders as they begin a new chapter. We are excited to see all the wonderful things your future holds! Once a Jacket, always a Jacket! 🎓

And finally, we want to wish a heartfelt congratulations and happy retirement to Mr. Dyehouse! Thank you for your years of leadership, care, and commitment to the students, staff, and families of Science Hill. Your impact will be felt for years to come, and you will be greatly missed. Enjoy your well-deserved retirement!

🧡 FIELD DAY 2026 🖤

What an AMAZING day we had at Science Hill! From the games and laughter to the teamwork and smiles, Field Day was a huge success and such a fun way to celebrate the end of the school year!

A HUGE thank you goes out to all of our incredible volunteers who gave their time, energy, and support to help make the day run so smoothly. We truly could not do events like this without our wonderful parents, staff, and community members!

Thank you for helping create special memories for our students. Your support means so much to our school and PTO!

Field Day is almost here! We are so excited for a fun day with our students!

📍 Volunteers:
• Please arrive by 8:00 AM if possible. You’re welcome to come in after dropping your child off.
• Be sure to stop by to sign in and pick up your volunteer shirt.
• Please park in the church parking lot.
