NYLT National Pilot Course The NYLT National Pilot Course is the BSA’s premier youth leadership program offered by Scouting U at Hawk Mountain Scout Reservation.

The NYLT course centers on the concepts of what a leader must BE, what a leader must KNOW, and what a leader must DO. New components introduced for the National Pilot Course are designed to enhance the National syllabus. The key elements of NYLT are taught with a clear focus on HOW TO. The sk

ills come alive during the week, as the patrol lives an outpost camping experience during the second weekend and journeys on a Quest for the Meaning of Leadership. Course Dates:
Weekend 1: 6 pm Feb 12 – 5 pm Feb 15, 2021
Weekend 2: 6pm Feb 19 – 5 pm Feb 21, 2021
