Here's what we filed on November 25th in response to both the state and Young & Sommer (representing Boralex) objecting to our party status that was filed on November 7th.

Both parties waited until it was 3:30PM on the 24th, before the 5PM deadline, to submit their objections, leaving us no time to respond before the deadline.

So we drafted this for submission by 9PM that evening.

Now it's up to the ALJ.

We've been busy over here! Being a complete and total nuisance to the state and the solar corporation, Boralex, for Fort Edward Solar.

Here are the documents filed/responded to inside the ORES docket for the month of November.

Delaying "shovels in the ground" can be an effective tactic for those of you battling this in your town.

Slow down the bureaucrats. That's what we're doing!
