We’re so excited to see another new business getting closer to opening in Downtown Schuyler! 🐔

Schuyler Community Development has had the opportunity to work with them from the very beginning, helping connect them with resources and supporting them along the way as they bring their vision to life.

The Center for Rural Affairs hosted the Nebraska Commission on Latino-Americans, bringing together community leaders for an important conversation about Nebraska’s Latino communities.

We had the opportunity to hear reports on the contributions of Hispanic and Latino-owned businesses across Nebraska, learn more about immigration in our state, and discuss some of the challenges and issues we are currently facing here in Schuyler.

A special thank you to the busy community members who took time out of their Friday to be part of the conversation. Your presence matters, and it shows how much you care about Schuyler and its future.

Conversations like these give our community a voice and help make sure the needs and experiences of Schuyler are heard at the state level.

Our schools are where friendships begin, confidence grows, dreams take shape, and the future of Schuyler is being built every single day.
