We'd like to thank all of people for coming to the Mental Health Awareness event yesterday evening. 💚 It was a beautiful day to release any negative energy and do a little self-affirmation. The family vibes were strong!

Thank you to Michelle Castillo for grilling hamburgers and hotdogs! We appreciate all the help!

Here are some helpful activities to exercise at home:

Practice the 3-3-3 rule: When feeling overwhelmed, identify three things you see, three sounds you hear, and move three body parts to ground yourself in the moment.

Journal: Spend 10 minutes writing down your thoughts to clear your mind and track emotional patterns.

Practice gratitude: Write down or reflect on 3 specific things you are grateful for each day to rewire your brain toward positivity.
