🔧 It’s time to get the grounds show-ready! 🔧

We’re calling on all members and volunteers to join us for our upcoming Gas Up Work Days on May 16th and June 6th beginning at 9am at the Gas Up Show Grounds.

There’s plenty to do as we prepare for this year’s show, and many hands make light work! Whether you can stay all day or just lend a hand for a few hours, your help is greatly appreciated.

Come ready to work, have fun, and be part of what makes Gas Up such a special event each year. Rain or shine, we’ll be there! 💪🚜

Note: A meeting will be held on May 16th around lunchtime where we will be going over what has been completed and what is still left to do.

🎉 Happy June, Gas Up Family! 🎉

The countdown is over—Gas Up is almost here!

In just a few days, we'll kick off the 59th Annual Gas Up, and we couldn't be more excited. Before we open, we'd like to thank all of our members, volunteers, exhibitors, sponsors, and supporters who make this event possible year after year. Your hard work helps keep this tradition alive for future generations.

🚜 We still have a few workdays before the show:
• Saturday, June 6
• Thursday, June 11
• Friday, June 12

If you have a few hours to spare, we'd love your help as we put the finishing touches on the grounds.

🍦 Volunteers are also needed at the Ice Cream Booth (also on Thursdays & Fridays before both weekends), Membership Table, and Headquarters Store throughout the show. If you've been looking for a way to get involved, now is the perfect opportunity!

🇺🇸 This year's show will feature two special weekends:

⭐ June 13 & 14 – Flag Day Weekend
Celebrate with plenty of Red, White & Blue as we honor our nation's heritage and traditions.

☀️ June 20 & 21 – Father's Day & First Day of Summer Weekend
Continuing our Red, White & Blue theme, bring Dad out for a day filled with antique engines, demonstrations, music, food, and family fun.

🎶 Don't forget to enjoy live entertainment both weekends, browse the merchandise at Headquarters, try your luck with our raffles, visit the food booths, cool off with some homemade ice cream, and take part in the Sunday afternoon parades.

📝 Exhibitors and members: Please stop by Headquarters to register your exhibits and renew your memberships. Membership remains just $20 and helps support the club and the future of Gas Up.

💵 A reminder that merchandise sales, memberships, and raffles are CASH OR CHECK ONLY. (Atms are located in nearby towns on the way to the show😉).

⚠️ As always, Gas Up is a family-friendly event celebrating history, heritage, agriculture, craftsmanship, and community. Political campaigning, messaging, or disruptive conduct are not permitted on the showgrounds.

We're looking forward to seeing old friends, welcoming new visitors, and making more memories at the 59th Annual Gas Up.

The countdown is on! In just 12 days, the Hudson-Mohawk Chapter of the Pioneer Gas Engine Association will welcome visitors from near and far to the 59th Annual Gas Up.

Join us for four days of antique engines, tractors, trucks, sawmill demonstrations, homemade ice cream, delicious food, live music, family fun, and memories that span generations.

In addition to the Schoharie Memorial Day parade this Thursday, We will also be joining Esperance for their parade on Monday, May 25th. Our group will be meeting on Route 20 at 12:15pm to get organized to join the parade line up at 1pm. Parade officially will begin at 1:30pm.

🍦 Assistance Needed at the Ice Cream Booth! 🍦

If you are available on the Thursday (June 11th or 18th) and Friday (June 12th or 19th) before each show weekend, we could use some extra hands to help get a jump start on ice cream production.
