What a great history of Schertz spoken and shown by our long time residents! Thanks to The Crossvine for putting this together - a 2 year project headed up by the late Chris Price - and shown at a city event back in 2019.

The committee presented to the Schertz City Council our proposed historic street signs. We also got a chance to recognize our longest serving committee member and thank her properly. Roz Wise has dedicated over 8 years as a volunteer for the SHPC. Thank you
for all that you have done and continued to do!

Calling out to all Schertz residents! Have you lived in Schertz for most or all of your life? We are looking for stories that we can archive as well as share with other community members about those good old days of Wuest grocery store, Ol'Bossy's, Goofy Golf, the batting cages and more. We will put out a topic and invite you to share your stories and comments as well as if you have any photos. We look forward to hearing from you!
