It's only the beginning of September and our leaderboard for Buddy Walk Family Fun Day is shaping up!

You can see what we've raised in team donations, registrations and sponsorships! And that Dynamic Duo (Patrick & Cait) is in the lead this week!

Please share with neighbors, friends and in your workplace! Next week is our Checkout Challenge Round Up week at Strack & Van Til & Town & Country stores throughout Indiana.

From September 7-September 13 each time you check out and Round Up (or add an additional amount to your final bill!), these funds are donated directly to Down Syndrome Association NWI!

We are so excited to be included in this popular and highly successful community effort and hope you will shop Stracks and Round Up big for a great cause!

Always grateful to our Suncrest Compassion Teams for the space and friends to help us play away the end-of-summer! We had a blast (literally) playing in the water and water-related games!

We had a water balloon toss, played hot potato --water balloon style, water balloon relay, water squirting fun and just running around to get rid of excess energy! Plus a lil kickball--our fav!

Then our friends from IScream Ice Cream Truck came out and we all cooled off with delicious treats!

Thanks to everyone who came out for good ole fashioned F-U-N and those volunteers who help make it special! 💚💙💚

The remainder of posted activities are open for RSVP through the end of 2026. When you register to attend for the individual participating, you will receive a confirmation email that includes a button to say you are still able, or are no longer able to attend. Three days before the activity and on the day of, you will receive reminders with the same options.

These are more of those functional changes we were talking about with the updated website capabilities.

Also, as the captain of your Buddy Walk Family Fun Day team, you should be getting an email confirmation of each donation and the ability to share your donation with a button to your socials added to the ability to see who is registered to WALK BESIDE YOU!

We hope these changes make these roles easier for our families to help raising money, sharing your team (via text, email, socials) plus to attend the activities we do all this fundraising to make happen! 💙💚💙
