Schenectady Yard Waste pickup begins April 1st! (The County Compost Facility is Open for Municipal Use Only) Yard waste must be in biodegradable 30 gallon paper bags only. GOOD NEWS!.

Yard Waste pickup cancelled until further notice. Mayor McCarthy announced, since the County Compost Facility is closed, there will be no Yard Waste collection. Stay safe out there, stay home
