Parents, caregivers, and expecting parents—join us for a free, supportive, and thoughtful six-week virtual book club exploring What Happened to You? by Dr. Bruce Perry and Oprah Winfrey.

Led by licensed psychologist Dr. Natalie Nordlund, we will dive into how early experiences shape us, and how understanding those experiences can lead to true healing and breaking generational cycles.

Weekly supportive group discussions

Open to parents/caregivers of children ages 0–8 & expecting parents
