🔥 Fire Prevention Week Safety Reminder: Not every battery is right for every tool.

MYTH: If a battery fits, it’s safe to use.
FACT: ISANTA recommends using only batteries approved for use by the tool manufacturer. Tools are designed for specific battery packs, and battery adapters used with another brand’s battery may disrupt battery safety features.

This Fire Prevention Week, make battery safety and preparation part of your routine. Read and follow manufacturer instructions and understand proper battery use, charging, and storage before operating battery-powered fastener driving tools.

That's a wrap for our 2026 Annual Meeting! Thank you to everyone who attended the two-day event.

Representatives from 13 member companies came together to discuss industry issues, participate in the Tool and Fastener Committee meetings, attend the Annual Membership meeting and participate in thought-provoking roundtable discussions to help shape ISANTA's strategic plan and ensure we remain committed to the quality, safety, and compliance of nailers and staplers and the fastening systems that drive them.

A highlight of the event was the keynote address, “Economic and Policy Update – What to Expect in 2026 and Beyond”, delivered by Alex Chausovsky, President & CEO of 3DM Consulting.

We greatly appreciate everyone who contributed to the success of this meeting and look forward to the 2027 ISANTA Annual Meeting in Dallas Texas, taking place September 20–22.
