Today was the District 54 Education Foundation Golf Outing. Region 35, SEEO, and SEA made a donation to the Foundation and sponsored a hole at the event. It was a nice day for golfing!⛳️🏌️‍♀️

Check-in opens at 7:30 AM, along with access to the driving range and the qualifying round of our putting contest.

Be sure to arrive early to warm up, test your putting skills, and connect with fellow golfers before the 8:30 AM shotgun start.

The District 54 Education Foundation Board visited the Food Pantry at Eisenhower Jr. High this week and heard from Site Coordinator Lisa Garza about how the requests from families continues to grow.

The D54 Foundation has supported the four food pantries located in District 54 schools for the last four years, allocating more than $140,000 to purchase food and toiletries. This is part of the Foundation's mission to support District 54 students by ensuring their basic needs are being met so they are ready to learn.

Congratulations to Schaumburg Park District Board President Bob Schmidt, who was named the Illinois Association of Park District's Commissioner of the Year. In addition to serving on the Park Board, Bob is a trustee for the D54 Education Foundation and a retired School District 54 teacher.

With more than 20 years of service on the Schaumburg Board of Park Commissioners, Bob’s leadership has helped shape our parks, programs and facilities into places where our community can connect, play and thrive. 🌳 From championing projects like Bison’s Bluff Nature Playground to advancing athletic facilities at Olympic Park, Bob’s vision and dedication continue to enhance quality of life for residents of all ages.
