Hope everyone is making the most of this lovely fall weather before the colder days arrive 🍂☀️

With the blue skies and leaves just beginning to change color, it’s a wonderful time of year to see students spending time together outdoors on EHS campus.

And do keep an eye on your inbox for ESF’s Fall Appeal, coming soon! We truly appreciate your continued support in helping us enrich the Edgemont experience 💙

🎭 Investing in Edgemont performing arts!

One of ESF’s largest grants to date helped fund the 2024-25 renovation of the EHS auditorium, a space used for theater productions, orchestra and band concerts, assemblies and more.

Thanks to the generosity of our community, the renovation brought significant upgrades, including new sound and lighting equipment, improved acoustics, greater aisle accessibility and a refinished stage floor. We are grateful we can contribute to projects that will benefit generations of Edgemont students!

🎟️ And speaking of theater, don’t miss this week’s EHS Fall Dramatic Production!

“The Children’s Hour” by Lillian Hellman is a powerful and tragic play that explores the destructive impact of rumors and lies.

A fresh new look for math at EHS 📐We stopped by Ms. Golub’s class to see one of the six newly outfitted math classrooms we funded.

Featuring flexible desks and seating, mobile whiteboards and new furniture, these classrooms are designed to encourage collaboration and more interactive learning.

It was wonderful to see our latest grant in action and meet the students!

One of the big changes at Edgemont this fall is the introduction of free school lunches through the National School Lunch Program 🍎 🥙

We stopped by EHS’s brand-new cafeteria last week to take a look. The new dining area is much bigger and brighter, and the deli section was especially popular!

The expansion of meal service was made possible by renovations to the facilities included in the 2024 Building Dreams Capital Bond. A big thank you to the district and food services team for their hard work bringing these changes to our students!

Flashback Friday! 📚 One of the larger projects we supported in the past was the renovation of the Seely Place library in 2020–21. The upgrade transformed the space into a more modern and welcoming environment for students to read, learn and explore. We also helped provide new books and chess sets.

This is just one of the many ways our community’s generosity has helped enhance the Edgemont experience. If you haven’t yet made a tax-deductible donation. We hope you’ll consider supporting ESF today.

Welcome back to Edgemont, Class of 2006! 🎓

It was a beautiful Saturday for a reunion! Alumni toured EHS, revisiting old classrooms and seeing some of the new spaces, and even got to see a little of the girls’ volleyball Homecoming game. A big thank you to EHS GO Edgemont G.O. for leading the tour!

We at ESF works to bring together Edgemont alumni and also provide support with reunion planning. Planning a reunion? Please reach out to us for more information!
