Citizenship is core to Scouting values, even at summer camp. Every morning, before Scouts leave for a day of adventure, we stop for a moment to proudly raise the flag, using a tree trunk as a flagpole. And every day before nightfall, we respectfully lower it. All part of a normal day at Troop 2.
