REMINDER - We need everyone to be aware of the upcoming HOA Phase 2 meeting on Monday April 16th at 6:30 PM. The new phase 3 is set to join our HOA. This has the ability of impacting everyone in Phase 2. At this point we don’t know if the impact will be positive or negative, what legal recourse we have or what this means with the current HOA board.

We as a board have worked hard at addressing issues as they arise and not “crying wolf” every time. This is one of those times we need all home owners to be involved, become educated along with us and be ready to make decisions that will impact our community and financials in the future.

The meeting will be held at the Scappoose library, right next door to city hall / the police department on SE 2nd street. We hope to see everyone there.

HOA public meeting - Monday April 16th at 6:30 pm. The meeting will be held at the Scappoose library. One of the topics that will be discussed is Phase 3 joining with phase 2. We have been notified by Blue Mountain the two phases are set to join once everyone moves Into the phase 3 homes. We would like to hear everyone’s input at the meeting.

It’s being reported that a few cars got broken into last night in our neighborhood. If you or your neighbors have a camera system, please review video footage from 10pm to 6am and see if we can find anything. If you do find anything please send me a message.

As a reminder, make sure not to keep valuables in your car and lock your vehicle at night.

Is anyone missing their dog? It was walking down Old Portland Rd from the Dutch Canyon area.

Is anyone in Phase 2 having siding issues? Specifically, bowing out or separating from the house? If you haven't checked I encourage each of you to do a walk around of your house. Specifically the side that is exposed to the hot, evening sun.

All - I know some of you have voiced concerns with the construction in phase 3 RE: working late at night, too early in the morning, speeding construction vehicles, etc... Please report these issues to non-emergency dispatch at 503-397-1521. Your complaints are not falling on deaf ears. Each time you call you are logging a complaint that the city is tracking with "DR Horton". I strongly encourage each person to call if violations are seen.
