The Scandia-Marine Lions Club Scholarship is now open, and your senior may qualify for up to $1,000 to help with college OR a trade/vocational school. 💰🔧📚
Why this matters for parents:
✅ Helps cover tuition, tools, materials, and other “surprise” costs
✅ Rewards strong effort, leadership, and community involvement
✅ Supports all post-graduation paths, not just four-year college
What your senior will need:
• Leadership/community involvement

Join us for a FREE community event for all ages about the fentanyl crisis. You’ll hear short video stories from people impacted, learn from a panel (law enforcement, medical professionals, recovery support, and families), and you can ask questions through anonymous Q&A. There will also be resources for substance use disorder and mental health services available.

🍕 Free pizza served (because hard conversations go down easier with carbs).
