2023 Sayre After Prom Party
When: May 13-14 immediately following prom
(bus will begin loading at 11:40pm and will leave the high school parking
lot at 12:05am)
We plan to be back at approximately 6:05am.
Where: The students will be transported by bus to the Wellington Activity Center in Wellington, Tx
Activites: racquetball, batting cages, volleyball, basketball, rock wall climbing, bowling, arcade games, board games,
cards, movies, and more
Food: Pizza, snacks, and breakfast
Drinks: Herbalife tea, pop, and water
Who can attend: 2023 Sayre Prom attendees that have a signed release form and are on the bus when ready to leave. Students not riding the bus to Wellington will not be allowed entrance.
Prizes:
▪️All Sayre Seniors present are guaranteed a cash prize.
▪️All students present will be entered into a drawing for small door prizes and gift cards throughout the night.
▪️ All students present will be given tickets and have opportunities to win additional tickets to put into drawings of larger prizes.
After Prom Release Form Directons:
Option 1) Fill out paper form, make sure student and parent/guardian sign, and return to office by 5/11/2023 or emailed to [email protected]. Forms are available in office.
Option 2) Use the link provided to fill out, sign, and submit the google form.
All Students, including dates, MUST turn in a release (paper or digital) that is signed by both the student and parent/guardian. This can be
done by both the parent and the student signing the same form or if needed, two separate forms can be submitted with the student signing
one and the parent signing the other.
