I never take a moment lightly -

No matter what the subject matter, no matter the audience, the ability to speak in front of strangers who do not have to lend you their time or attention is something I value and I cherish,

That said, I this moment reminded me WHY we started this foundation and WHY we were positioned with a unique ability to provide resources to our youth in hopes that their tomorrow will be GREATER!

As much as I poured out yesterday, I too was filled. was in full view and I know that Shay's legacy will forever be a staple in the prevention of su***de, the awareness of mental health in our youth and the hope and promise of tomorrow.

On Saturday, Shay2U Scholarship Foundation attended an event in Waycross, Georgia.

It was a complete honor to not only share Shay’s story but to have young people gravitate to our table to understand the resources we offer and just to chat and hang out.

Seeking help doesn’t have to be an embarrassing or daunting task, but one centered on bravery and hope.
