Last night we had an amazing turn out for our final session of our May 2026 Mental Health Check-In. Quana Stiles did an outstanding job leading the conversation and stayed over to answer questions long after the zoom ended.

We are truly grateful for her leadership, knowledge and willingness to be available to assist and pour into those who truly desire to have better mental health!

Tuesday, May 19, 2026 at 7:00pm we wil be hosting a QPR Certification Training that I strongly feel that we all could benefit from.

Knowing how to recognize the signs of someone struggling with suicidal ideation, self harm and the like could be the difference in saving a life.

This certification is FREE the only requirement is to register.
