BeYou Welcome to your Self-Care journey-- Where Self-Care and learning are our priorities!

After years of depression, suicidal thoughts, stress, fear and the need for approval from those that surrounded me I finally realized that I'm not everyone else and I can no longer compare my life to theirs. On August 5, 2016 BeYou was birthed, and I began to refocus my life and thoughts on the at risk youth and young adults helping them refocus their energy into something beneficial to themselves and the community.
