Boy Scout Troop 47 of Savannah, GA

If you are looking for an Boy Scout Troop or have been looking for a strong christian activity for your boys, then please consider Troop 47 as a potential. This troop is set up under a special charter where all of the parents sign a statement of faith, which allows the Troop to incorporate Christian lessons and vales throughout the troop activities. While the majority of the boys are home schooled

, this is not required as part of the troop. It is important to remember that the Boy Scout Troop is boy run, so it has been impressive what they have accomplished and will be doing over the next year. But some highlights are:
* The troop has had 4 scouts earn their Eagle Scout this year!
* The Council consistently utilizes the troop to perform Flag Ceremonies and other Civic Activities due to how the scouts perform.
