I am looking for a package meant to be delivered to Anita Puerto at 919 Safari, says it was delivered Thursday late afternoon, 12 water filters? Nothing in the parcel boxes across four days and I've reported it missing.

More bear activity up on Lazy Bear Ridge. They have taken their bird feeders down, and all garbage is kept in garage and taken to recycle daily. Please do the same.

Winter Weather and Roads

We need to announce some issues and request your help.

The usual contractor that clears our roads has told us that due to illness, he will not be able to clear the roads as he usually does.

We have attempted to find a replacement contractor, but they are already booked and have long standing contracts. Some have told us that they MAY be able to come take care of the roads, but probably not until several days after the event. Usually a snow or freezing rain event has cleared itself within that time.

We need your help. If you are able to help please get in touch with any Board member, if you know someone that can help, please get in touch with any Board member. We primarily need equipment. Several people have said they could help operate it.

In the meantime, we all need to be self-reliant.

Make sure you have food/water/medication/supplies to last until the streets clear.
Let your employer that you may need to stay home until the roads clear, if you cannot, then make sure you have appropriate tires/chains for your vehicle.

We are doing our best to try to alleviate the situation, and will keep you informed if anything changes, but we probably WILL NOT have this resolved before this upcoming event

If you have any comments or can help us with this, PLEASE contact any member of the Board.

Thank you for your understanding.

Hello Wildcat Cove neighbors. With the approaching storm this weekend, we ask that you please keep others posted on road conditions in and out of Wildcat Cove. Post notice of spun out vehicles, black ice or anything that would let others know it may be best not to venture down (or up) our mountain. Please be safe.
