The Landings Art Association

The Landings Art Association The Landings Art Association is one of the largest and most diverse community art associations in the country. All artists and art lovers are welcome!

We are a 250+ member group with a wide range of experience and expertise, from beginners and those reacquainting themselves with their artistic talents, to award-winning professionals. The LAA serves the artistic community through a series of wide-ranging programs, both formal and informal for the education, and enjoyment of members and guests. In addition, the organization provides many opportunities for display of the artistic efforts of members in a wide variety of venues.

This will be our last meeting until October! We are thrilled to have Elizabeth DeBose, Executive Director of the Ossabaw Island Foundation, as our speaker. She will speak about the Genesis Project, which was an artist colony in the 60’s sponsored by the West family on their private island Ossabaw off the coast of Savannah. The Telfair Museum will have an exhibition in 2026 of artwork by artists from that program.

This presentation, as well as all refreshments, are free. Non-LAA members welcome -Bring your friends! We look forward to seeing you on Tuesday!
