📣Team USA Tryouts are around the corner

US Team tryout dates and locations for the 2027 JRDA World Cup in Scotland have been finalized, and registration is now open!

The deadline to sign up is two weeks before each tryout (don't be late):

Jul 13 - Chicago / Palatine, IL (deadline Jun 28)
Aug 1 - Fort Walton Beach, FL (deadline Jul 18)
Aug 15 - Denver, CO (deadline Aug 1)
Aug 29 - Seattle, WA (deadline Aug 15)
Sep 12 - Corona, CA (deadline Aug 29)
Sep 26 - Columbia, SC (deadline Sep 12)
Oct 10 - Philadelphia, PA (deadline Sep 26)

Registrations received by June 28th will receive a $20 discount ($65 per tryout instead of $85). For additional information, and to register, click here:

As we wrap up another incredible season, we want to take a moment to celebrate and congratulate our amazing seniors. Watching you grow as skaters, teammates, leaders, and young adults has been one of the greatest joys of Savannah Junior Rollerderby.

Your dedication, resilience, sportsmanship, and love for this sport have left a lasting mark on our league. You have helped shape our team culture, inspired younger skaters, and created memories that will stay with us for years to come. While we’re sad to see this chapter come to an end, we’re so excited to see where your next adventure takes you. Once a Savannah Junior skater, always a Savannah Junior skater.

We would also like to extend a huge thank you to Magic City Mischief for sharing the track with us and helping make this experience so special. The support, competition, and camaraderie between our leagues are what make roller derby such an incredible community. We are grateful for the memories, friendships, and opportunities to learn and grow together.

To our seniors: thank you for everything you’ve given to this team. We are endlessly proud of you and can’t wait to cheer you on in whatever comes next.

We are beyond grateful to have such an amazing addition to our coaching staff. Your passion, dedication, and love for this sport shine through every practice, every lesson, and every skater you help inspire. You continue to level up generations of skaters, pushing them to grow not only as athletes, but as confident and resilient people.
