Healing Summit 2026/The Sisterhood 23rd Anniversary owes us nothing. We ate good today physically and spiritually. We thank the Lord, from Whom all Blessings Flow, showed up and showed out. God is so Awesome and Amazing and He already had the groundwork set for such a time as this.
We thank each attendee, speaker Evang. Tuscany Taylor, Philontropist Charlene Keith, and our President and Founder Min. Latonia Wiggins Hendry brought messages that caused us to think about who we are and to have the voice to know who we are as God's precious daughters and that our pasts help define who we are. Our Soloists, Sister Maria Mitchell and her daughter April, sung songs that moved us to a place of Thanksgiving and Worship. Our Spoken Word Artist, Patricia Wiggins Plummer spoke words that homonized in our very spirit. Our Mistress of Ceremony, our Co-Chairwoman Catherine Brown-Gray was on double duty doing her profession but still found time to be our MC- and did a wonderful job!
We had a prayer Circle at the end that where God touched each of us in a Mighty Way.
We give God Glory and Praise that we all left full; in a good way.
We had a selection of Tuna Pasta Salad, Shrimp Potato Salad, Chicken Salad, Fruit, Loaded Bread Pudding, with homemade Fruit Punch and Water.
We thank St. Peters Episcopal Church, and Bro Nathaniel Hodges-and his wife our Sister Tamara Brown-Hodges, setting this up for us, welcoming us, and allowing us to use their beautiful facility on the campus of the church.
We give God Glory!
