Dr. Lloyd is a Life Coach and Motivational Speaker who studied Human Behavior as well as Leadership Management while stationed at Fort Ord, California. This gave him a first glance at his passion for helping people. As a licensed / ordained Minister and former Pastor of Christ's Church, and Missionary Baptist Church in Savannah Georgia, he has helped many people overcome their challenges in life.

In 2006 Dr. Lloyd received his Doctorate in the Philosophy of Divinity which gave him a deeper insight to the essence of God's Spirituality, as it relates to religion and a spiritual relationship with Our Heavenly Father. Dr. Lloyd is a published Author and Entrepreneur who believes having a positive attitude can change any negative situation in life. He is the Founder and President of The Motivation Enterprises; a company designed to empower people by presenting effective life-changing skills and principles. He is a family man and Visionary at heart, who firmly supports the four phases of vision:
