Our crews are beginning the clean up process today. If you see wire down in your yard, please stay away from it and call us immediately.

We appreciate your patience—full system restoration will take weeks or months, and we encourage you to report any concerns you see across the system. Yard light and yard light pole repairs will also continue in the coming days.

Winter Storm Update – Hardin County (2/7/2026)
Our crews made great progress yesterday and were able to clear more than 200 individual trouble cases. That work continues today.

If you are still without power, please call our office at 731-925-4916 and let us know.

We realize many members have been out for several days, and we want to make absolutely sure no one is overlooked. Our crews will be working through the weekend until every member’s power is restored.
We sincerely apologize for the hardship this storm and the prolonged outages have caused. Our employees, contractors, and the crews from neighboring co-ops and municipalities have been working long hours, and they will continue giving their all until service is fully restored. Cleanup efforts will take months as we work to bring our system back to its original condition.
Thank you for your patience, understanding, and support.

Winter Storm Update
2/6/2026
Hardin County

We still have 500 members without power. We have all of our line sections on and are working on individual cases of trouble. ❄️
We’ve generated a list of every remaining outage and assigned each one to a crew. Restoration won’t be quick, but dividing our teams will help us move as efficiently as possible. Crews are working across all areas of our system today.
⚠️ Important Safety Note: If your power returns and you notice lights flickering, or some lights getting unusually bright or dim, please turn off your main breaker immediately and call our office. This can be a sign of an issue with your service or meter base connections.

Winter Storm Update – February 5, 2026 Hardin County
Our crews have re energized all primary feeders and long taps across the system. At the peak of the storm, we had just over 9,000 members without power. As of this morning, that number is down to just under 700.
Crews have now divided into smaller teams and are working through individual outages. We will continue working until every member’s power is restored.
⚠️ Safety Reminder: We continue to find service wires on the ground. Please treat all downed wires as energized and stay far away.\ If your service wire is on the ground and repairs are needed before we can safely reconnect it (examples: broken poles replaced or service risers repaired), we may have to disconnect it temporarily until corrections are made.
👷 Crews are actively working in these areas today: Country Club Lane, Chestnut Lane, Hwy 203, E Dude Drive, Sutton Hollow Road, Oak Grove Road, Goodman Street, Patterson Road, Hwy 69, Echo Valley, Oak Street, Low Water Bridge, Pyburn Drive, Maxie Loop, and the City of Savannah.
We are also reconnecting homes that have completed the required repairs in the order they were received. Please call the ladies in our front office if you have had work completed to get on our list to reconnect. They have done an outstanding job throughout this storm and will be glad to assist you.
Thank you for your patience as we continue restoration efforts. Stay safe, Hardin County.
