Savannah Wind Symphony A community wind ensemble of the Low Country Our group is made up of adult musicians from all over Chatham, Bryan, Effingham and Beaufort Counties.

Savannah Wind Symphony (SWINDS) was created to provide a musical outlet for musicians from Savannah, GA and the surrounding Low Country area. The group ranges from 80-100 active members. We perform four (4) concerts per year. Annual concerts consists of a Fall concert in November, a Spring concert in March, the Ed and Friends Pops Concert in May and our Patriotic Concert in June/July. Brought toge

ther by a common love of music, the members of the Savannah Wind Symphony bring the beautiful sounds of wind music to the Savannah area. The popularity and the reputation of the SWINDS has grown over the past few decades selling out to a full house for our Pops and Patriotic Concerts. Savannah Wind Symphony is a non-profit 501(c)3 corporation and is supported by donations from individual and corporate sponsors, and grants. If you would like to make a donation to support the Savannah Wind Symphony, please contact us via email. With your support, the Savannah Wind Symphony is able to continue to provide a musical outlet to the musicians of Savannah and the surrounding areas. At 3:00 PM today, the Savannah Wind Symphony will light up the Fine Arts Auditorium with our annual Patriotic Spectacular: An American Salute—a powerful concert packed with inspiring music, heartfelt tributes, and a big dose of community pride.
