Hamstick NVIS rotatable dipole at approximately 15’. SWR is 1.8:1. Hamsticks are almost impossible to tune on 75m. Band spread is TINY. Should be able to cover short distance HF comms. Comet dual band antenna at about 20’. Gonna need to add some guy lines on that painter’s pole. Blowing around pretty good. Wolf River vertical on my truck should cover long distance/DX.

Update: August 2 is the new implementation date for this capability.

Starting July 28, Severe Thunderstorms deemed “destructive” will activate a Wireless Emergency Alert (WEA) on smartphones. Criteria for a destructive threat is at least 2.75 inch diameter hail and/or 80 mph thunderstorm winds.
